Parlor

In progress. Piano came with the house - Square grand built mid to late 1800's

Faux grain bi-fold door leading into the dining room - closed for privacy - open for entertaining.

This crystal chandelier was found in the basement disassembled in a box. Original to the house it was first gas lit then electrified. The wiring is now rotten and unsafe however these glass tubes are way too delicate for me to re-wire. Now lit from above 6,000 Kalvin LEDs. Many hours to clean and polish the crystals!

Here are the faux grained bi- fold door leading from the parlor to the dining room. This technique was used in the 18th and 19th century to make soft wood look more like rich hardwoods such as oak and mahogany. Special artist would come in and apply their art. Many of the regular doors throughout the house have this graining.
